ICTV, along with other public access managers across the South Bay, will endeavor to achieve compliance with the new California Cable TV Law. However, foremost to achieving compliance is a requirement to broadcast a minimum of 56 hours of original programming a week.

South Bay Performing Arts Initiative will advocate and encourage the City to develop a state-of-the-art” Performing Arts Center on a 10-acre site at the northwest end of Hollywood Racetrack, across from the Forum, providing a world class venue between Lax and downtown Los Angeles.

Inglewood Community TeleVision will soon launch an ambitious 12-hour, 7-day a week schedule. A prominent feature of the debut program will be a daily English and Spanish teaching program offered by the Annenberg Learning Center.
