Television as A Media Tool

Television remains the king of media and the single most effective way of increasing sales and business, because a moving picture is worth ten thousand words! TV's ability to show a product or service “in action” is a powerful persuader. With thousands of viewer/prospects watching TV on average of seven hours a day, TV can make a lasting impression on thousands of potentially new customers.

But while most of the commercials on cable TV are national spots for major corporations, and commercials for small companies are assigned to the wasteland programming of late night, or very early morning., SBPAI’s entry into the “Digital Revolution” will provide “mainstream network values” at Cable’s “bargain prices!” and provide target exposure in chosen communities and neighborhoods.

Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities

Who says only big business can have TV commercials? That may have been more or less true in the past, but things are changing.

Besides promoting interest in the arts with celebrity interviews and conversations, The Urban RoundTable will also be a unique opportunity for small and local busineses to bring optimum attention to themselves!

In addition to using Television as a tool to advertise their business, product or services, small and local businesses will also be allowed to deduct some of the applicable commercial rate as a nonprofit contribution.!

Cable TV provides an advertising solution to small business. Cable TV ads are much, much cheaper than those on network television, even though the cable audience is growing steadily. Over half of all American homes subscribe to cable. Cable's subscribers watch more television and have higher incomes. Cable also has the ability to send your commercials to specific parts of town and neighborhoods.

The Support

Producing a commercial can be very expensive and time-consuming. The razzle-dazzle spots seen on network TV costs upwards of millions! However, Cable TV, along with the unique opportunity provided by ICTV production team, a small businesses on a limited budget can now have the same local impact and advantages of a Fortune 500 Company.

If a potential sponsor would like a 30-second commercial, the production team can write, shoot and edit the segment. Then airtime can be arranged on either of the "leased access" shows that will soon be a part of Inglewood Community TeleVision.
